Food choices for those wishing to be well may seem, at first glance, to be restrictive.

 

However, as well as the wonderful array of vegetables, fruit, fish, nuts, seeds, meat and herbs we have available, there are opportunities to create adventurous and delicious dishes with ingredients readily available at supermarkets, organic stores and health food stores.

 

As we create or discover new recipes, we will upload them here, and you are welcome to print and use them.

 

If you have favourite healthy recipes you wish to share with others, please email them as a word doc to pdfree@returntostillness.com.au and, if they comply with my principles of nutrition, we will make them available here.
